Responsibilities:

- Handle inquiry/order/quotation/label artwork design request from customers
- Issue Sales Order/Delivery Order/Invoice/etc
- Input data entry for Batch number
- Liaise with planning/warehouse on stock availability/delivery schedule/goods returned etc
- Handle customers’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Update and follow up debtor’s collection
- Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
- Arrange transport/shipment for customers
- Liaise with shipping agent for Import/Export shipments
- Check and process all documents related to ISO and customs clearance
- Any other duties assigned by the management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration/Marketing/Business Study or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing industry is required for this position.
- Resystem(Autocount, SAP & others) is an advantage.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- **Good communication skills in English & Chinese, both orally and in writing**:

- **Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia**:

- **Mandarin is required to support clients from China, Taiwan and local market**:

- Proficient in IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Exposure to accounting Working hours: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:45pm)
