Client Acquisition and Growth:

- Implement and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach Malay businesses.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Conduct impactful product demonstrations and consultations with potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals for QNE AI Cloud Accounting subscriptions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings.

Team Leadership and Support:

- Provide ongoing support and training to the Malay Business Development team on QNE AI Cloud Accounting functionality and sales techniques.
- Develop and deliver effective training materials and presentations for the team and clients.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Set clear sales goals, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.

Strategic Initiatives and Innovation:

- Analyse market data and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop innovative sales strategies and tactics tailored for the Malay market.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
- Recommend and implement new tools and processes to improve team performance.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies for the Malay market.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare reports and analyse data to track progress and measure success.
- Maintain strong relationships with other departments (marketing, product, etc.) to ensure alignment and collaboration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
