- 維護全套帳戶,包括應收帳款、應付帳款、債務人帳齡及總帳。
- 及時產生發票、帳目報表和採購訂單。
- 準備並執行每月/每年的法定提交(EPF、SOCSO、PCB、HRDC 等)
- 驗證並準備任何其他經常性付款以供管理層批准。
- 確保所有交易完整且準確地更新到會計系統中,並正確記錄和歸檔。
- 負責庫存追蹤。
- 接聽並正確轉接來電。
- 安排和管理業務營運的物流要求。
- 管理並保留最新的員工記錄,包括考勤記錄。
- 支援某些專案管理任務。
- 確保辦公用品、文具和食品儲藏室物品得到管理且充足。
- 確保辦公設備處於良好的工作狀態。
- 需要時履行臨時職責和其他相關職責。
- 始終維護公司文件和記錄的機密性。

要求:
- 候選人必須至少擁有相關領域的文憑/高級/高級/研究生文憑(會計/金融/工商管理)
- 最好有 1 年會計主管工作經驗。
- 良好的人際溝通和溝通能力。
- 申請者必須是馬來西亞公民。
