**職責:**

1. 行政任務:
- 管理辦公室運營,包括組織文件、處理信件和維護準確的記錄。
- 協調和安排高級客戶經理的會議,確保所有工作遵循日期和公司 SOP。
- 協助一般會計部辦公室任務,確保組織良好且有生產力的工作環境。
- 維護會計部門的工作流程圖並確保每個人都遵守SOP。
- 協助經理管理所有客戶團隊並確保所有歸檔正確且有系統。
- 確保透過自動計數的所有交易採購訂單均已更新,並且必須更新使用者活動和非活動使用者。

2. 客戶執行職務:
- 支援經理監督會計部門,確保所有任務在規定期限內執行。監控並維護全面的付款清單。
- 透過與同事和其他部門的有效溝通和回應,培養和維持牢固的關係。
- 透過提供及時有效的回饋來解決詢問、解決問題並保證滿意度。
- 與內部團隊合作,確保提供卓越的服務。

**要求:**
- 擁有豐富的管理經驗,最好有客戶管理經驗。
- 出色的組織和多任務處理能力。
- 較強的溝通和人際交往能力。
- 精通Autocount和基本會計軟體。
- 注重細節,注重準確性和效率。

**所需技能:**
- 解決營運問題:有效識別和解決營運問題的能力強。
- 流程改善:強大的流程改善技能,可提高營運效率和有效性。
- 團隊管理:管理和激勵負責所有更新付款和工作的團隊的領導技能
- 注重細節:在核實過程中註重細節,以維持會計部門的準確性。
