**Overview**

As a Consumer Sales Representative at DebtHammer, your mission is to drive revenue for the company.

Currently, 100% of our customers are inbound. Meaning they searched online, found one of our websites, and indicated that they are looking for payday loan relief

**Job requirements**

Experience for this role is necessary (we’re looking for at least 2-3 years of experience), however, the most meaningful qualifications are that you're determined and can learn quickly and have a flawless English (American/Neutral) accent. This call will be 1 hour and talking about very personal topics so it is imperative you don't have an accent.

- 2+ years of experience doing phone sales in a call center environment
- You are adaptable to change
- You are empathetic and have a disposition that puts people at ease
- You are quick-witted on the phone when it comes to overcoming a customer’s objections
- You are enthusiastic and passionate
- You are data-driven when it comes to quotas and metrics
- You have a dedicated workspace, equipment, and strong internet connection
- You have basic knowledge of working with Excel or Google Sheets (or are willing to learn)
- You have an English native level accent and fluency

Pay: RM30.00 - RM80.00 per hour
