Condominium Management

We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Front Desk Administrator. The Front Desk Administrator will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls, and performing general administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and direct residents/visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Manage the reception area and ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in management of condominiums is ideal.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- The ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
