We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual to join our company as a Corporate Secretarial Associate. You will be assisting in **providing professional services on corporate secretarial matters** for a portfolio of clients, including incorporating and managing corporate structures.
- **Assisting in drafting and updating database **of corporate secretarial precedents.
- Assisting in the **AGM/EGM proceedings.**:

- **Advise clients on compliance matters** related to statutory and regulatory requirements.
- **Monitor client deadlines and compliance **with the statutory requirements.
- **Ensure accurate maintenance of statutory records **for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to e**nsure efficient delivery of corporate secretarial services** to clients.
- Assist a Manager/Superior in handling a portfolio of clients, including liaising with auditors and clients independently.

**Requirements**:

- **Min 1 year of working experience** in **corporate secretarial practices**:

- **Familiar with Companies Act and regulations** of regulated bodies would be advantageous.
- Possess Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, Law or related field.
- **Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualifications (SAICSA)** would be advantageous.
- **Prior experience on Singapore’s regulation under the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (“ACRA”) **would be a great advantage.
- **We prefer someone with**:

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented
- Has a high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Able to work under tight deadlines, meticulous, proactive, multitask in a fast-paced environment and independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Possesses good time management, strong interpersonal skills with clear communication, inquisitive mindset and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
