**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, lifestyle, and insurance needs.
- Stay up-to-date on various life insurance products, their features, benefits, and limitations to effectively educate clients and recommend suitable solutions.
- Analyze clients' financial situations and insurance requirements to recommend customized life insurance plans that align with their goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, trust-building, and providing ongoing support.
- Conduct regular reviews of clients' insurance portfolios to ensure coverage remains relevant and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide clients with the most current and relevant information.
- Adhere to industry regulations and company policies to ensure ethical and compliant business practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and policy information.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in life insurance sales or related financial services.
- Strong knowledge of different types of life insurance products and their suitability for various client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ethical and customer-focused approach to business.
