- Prepare invoices and billings, handling data entry tasks.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Monitoring each existing customer outstanding account and monthly send statement to customer.
- To handle accounting daily work such as maintain company’s accounting record, filing and payments.
- Handle customer inquiries

- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Any work experience will be an added advantage, without work experience are also encouraged to apply
- Punctual and have self discipline
