**Position Overview**:
As a Mandarin Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests related to domain registration, management, and other services. This position requires fluency in Mandarin, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

**Working Hours (Shift Work)**:

- 5 days (any 5 days from Mon to Sun)
- 9 AM - 6 PM or 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Address customer inquiries, issues, and requests related to domain registration, transfer, renewal, and management.
- Guide customers through the registration process and troubleshoot any technical or account-related issues they may encounter.
- Educate customers on our products, services, and policies to ensure a positive experience and promote customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as technical support and billing, to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and company policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Assist in translating customer-facing materials, documentation, and communications from English to Mandarin as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively to resolve customer issues.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with domain registration processes and web hosting services is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate customer needs.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
