Job Description - Customer Service
- Main task is to proceed customer Purchase Order and attend customer request of Quotation while supporting seller team in terms of office operations.
- Able to rectify any issue at the received purchase order and communicate with customer.
- Sending PI to customer and follow up for payment to align with finance team.
- Generating DO to store team for goods delivery / collection arrangement by providing correct information to them.
- Generate service request if the purchase order inclusive with service and calibration request.
- Monitoring all customer order to clear out the backlog and communicate with customer regarding delivery / collection.
- Working out on special goods release request approval for the partial delivery requested by terms customer.
- Handle complaint for delivery, invoices and follow up with respective stakeholders by using - E-Office and updates customer on the issue.
- Reply to queries from customers on quotation enquiry and orders related task such as: delivery period, ETA of an order, test certificates, SDS, COA, shelf life, company documentations and etc
- Work on new customer creation & vendor registration
- Provide quotation to customers as per their request, communicate with seller team to assist.
- Aware for the customer info before generating the quotation for e.g. price structure, payment term, delivery term, poison license, waste collection agreement and etc.
- Working closely with seller to participate and submit any government tender / private tender to provide full support.
