Our team is responsible for providing payroll support to our employees in ME region across ten countries. We foster a culture focused on employee experience excellence and continuous process improvement. Providing “Best in Class” support and advise on simple and complex questions/requests from employees, leaders and/or HR partners.

**Partner with the best**

You will be responsible for executing on the Payroll process(s), developing an in-depth understanding of Payroll systems and legislative rules. You will identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring successful execution of one or more Payroll or Benefits process(s) for Middle East region.
- Managing service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned processes.
- Managing increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization and simplification within assigned areas.
- Providing advise on complex questions/requests from employees, businesses, and HR partners.
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and Baker Hughes policy requirements.
- Participating in internal, external payroll and benefits audits Preparation of year-end reporting & associated statistics.

- Have a Bachelor’s level in related field with a relevant work experience.
- Have proven work experience in Payroll/Finance/HR.
- Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Be able to be proactive and results-oriented, self-motivated and can work with mínimal supervision.
