**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the development and expansion of Phenolic Tackifier Resin business.
- Support GM, Technical Sales & Support in export markets and other specialty resins.
- Provide technical support and recommendations to customers; troubleshoot complaints.
- Conduct trials for new/improved product launches and maintain knowledge of customer processes.
- Monitor sales volume to meet budgeted targets; prepare visit and trial reports.
- Maintain ISO documentation and assist in annual sales planning.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new customers; provide presales support.
- Coordinate overseas exhibitions and manage inventory for timely delivery.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and maximize sales growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in chemicals and/or wood base industry.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin; ability to speak other Chinese dialects is advantageous.
- Adaptability to changing customer and market demands.
- Independent, assertive, team player with high commitment.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel extensively (domestic & international).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
