**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To be involved in product development and liaising with team of consultants/architects on details of proposed products i.e. design, layout, specifications etc
- Planning and implementation of marketing strategy, program and activities including setting-up of sales galleries and show units.
- Source and liaise with advertising agency on concept/strategy for marketing collaterals i.e. press advertisements, brochures, display items, banners, buntings etc.
- Source, liaise and negotiate with suppliers on jobs awarded, monitor on quality of materials and follow up on delivery.
- Planning and execution of advertising and promotional activities including Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Preparing, planning and updating of marketing expenditures
- Carry out and update market information, project launches and preparing research report
- Maintenance of sales gallery and show units
- Marketing administrative works including preparation of management recommendations, payment requisitions/purchase order, payment follow
- up, stock control of corporate gifts and other administration monitory as at when required.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Superior

**Requirements**:

- At least post graduate diploma / advanced / higher / professional in relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge in Mandarin is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
