**資格**
- 日本語と英語のネイティブまたは流暢な話者で、優れた文章作成能力と会話能力を備えている方。
- カスタマーサービスまたは関連分野での最低1年間の経験 (歓迎)。
- 優れた問題解決能力と分析能力。
- 自立してチームの一員としても働ける方。
- ソーシャルメディア プラットフォームとコミュニケーション ツールの熟練した使用者。

Social Media Chat Support Specialist (Japanese & English) - Work from Home (Pre-Relocation)

**About the Role**

We are looking for a passionate and multilingual Social Media Chat Support Specialist to join our growing team In this exciting work-from-home role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers on various social media platforms, providing exceptional customer service in both English and Japanese. While you wait for your work permit to be approved for relocation to Malaysia, you'll be able to gain valuable experience and contribute to our team's success remotely.

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via social media chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

**Qualifications**
- Native or fluent speaker of Japanese and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and communication tools.
- Familiarity with our industry (a plus).

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
