職務：
- **カスタマーサービス**：電話、メール、またはソーシャルメディアでの顧客からの問い合わせや苦情を迅速かつ正確に処理します。顧客に製品とサービスの情報を提供し、アップセルの機会を特定します。
- **コミュニケーション**：日本語と英語の両方で顧客、チームメンバー、および管理者と効果的にコミュニケーションを取ります。顧客のニーズとフィードバックを会社の行動可能な洞察に翻訳します。
- **問題解決**：顧客の苦情を明確にし、問題の原因を特定し、最適な解決策を選択して説明し、解決を確認することで製品またはサービスの問題を解決します。
- **文書化**：CRMシステムでアカウント情報を更新して顧客記録を維持します。問い合わせ、苦情、コメントの詳細を記録して顧客とのやり取りと取引を文書化します。
- **チーム協力**：販売、マーケティング、技術チームなどの他の部署と密接に連携して、シームレスな顧客体験を確保します。

資格：
- 日本語と英語の両方で優れた書面および口頭のコミュニケーションスキルを持つ日本語ネイティブスピーカー。
- カスタマーサービス、営業、または関連する他の分野での以前の経験。
- 航空業界の知識はプラスです。
- 強力な問題解決スキル。
- 優先順位をつけて複数のタスクをこなす能力。
- Microsoft Office SuiteとCRMシステムに精通しています。

Job Title: Aviation Customer Support Representative (Native Japanese Speaker)Job Description:
We are seeking a **Native Japanese Speaker** to join our team as an **Aviation Customer Support Representative**. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global leader in the aviation industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management in both Japanese and English. Translate customer needs and feedback into actionable insights for the company.
- **Problem Solving**: Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- **Documentation**: Maintain customer records by updating account information in the CRM system. Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Native Japanese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
- Knowledge of aviation industry is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
