As an Airline Platform Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, providing top-notch service to our passengers. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Passenger Assistance**:

- Assist with booking, ticketing, flight information, and general inquiries.
- Handle and resolve passenger concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- **Flight Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of flight schedules and updates.
- Proactively communicate changes and disruptions to passengers, offering solutions and alternatives.
- **Customer Advocacy**:

- Advocate for passengers within the company, providing feedback to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Identify trends in passenger inquiries and work towards continuous improvement.
- **Language Expertise**:

- Leverage your native Japanese language skills to ensure clear and effective communication with passengers.
- Provide translation support for internal and external communications.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bookings, cancellations, and other flight-related matters.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex problems.

**Qualifications**:

- Native Japanese speaker with strong proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese and English.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

- **旅客サポート**:

- 電話、メール、チャットなどさまざまな手段を通じて旅客に対して優れたカスタマーサービスを提供する。
- 予約、発券、フライト情報、一般的な問い合わせに対応する。
- 旅客の懸念を専門的かつ効率的に処理する。
- **フライト調整**:

- 内部のチームと協力してフライトのスケジュールと更新の円滑な調整を確認する。
- 変更やトラブルがある場合には積極的に旅客に通知し、解決策や代替案を提供する。
- **顧客擁護**:

- 企業内で旅客を擁護し、全体の顧客満足度を向上させるためのフィードバックを提供する。
- 旅客の問い合わせの傾向を把握し、継続的な改善に取り組む。
- **言語力**:

- ネイティブ日本語話者として、明瞭で効果的なコミュニケーションを確保するために日本語スキルを活かす。
- 社内外のコミュニケーションのための翻訳サポートを提供する。
- **問題解決**:

- 予約、キャンセル、その他のフライト関連の問題に関する問題を解決し、トラブルシューティングする。
- 複雑な問題のエスカレーションと解決に他の部門と協力する。

**応募資格**:

- 日本語と英語の両方での優れた書面および口頭のコミュニケーション能力を持つネイティブ日本語話者。
- 以前の顧客サービス経験があり、特に航空または旅行業界の経験があると望ましい。
- 優れたコミュニケーションおよび人間関係構築スキル。
- 圧力の下で冷静さを保ち、難しい状況に前向きな態度で対処する能力。
- 細部に注意を払い、強力な問題解決スキルを持つ。
