**Position Summary**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Primary Job Functions:

- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep the customer’s privacy and protect customer information
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Handle simple to difficult inquiries in a given span of time
- Manage different types of callers in a given span of time
- Achieve the given metrics in accordance to the center’s commitment to client
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide accurate information and excellent customer service
- Research required information using available resources
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable resources
- Process request according to customer’s preference on time
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Complete call logs and reports
- Other duties as assigned

**Working Hours**:
Shift between 9am-9pm, Monday-Sunday (5 working days&2 days off)
- Open to JLPT N1 and N2 or can converse in Japanese well even without JLPT Certificate
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
- Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
- Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
- Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
- Ability to rotate shifts, as needed
- Based on location and/or program, additional experience/skills may be required

JP in MY - have to obtain a release letter from the current company for new EP Process

6. Preferably 1-2-year CS experience

7. Valid passport min 18 months

8. Education cert in English

9. Comprehensive resume with full details of job description

10. Fully based in G Tower, assessable by MRT / LRT to Ampang Park, walking distance to the office

11. EP will be sponsored by company, 6 nights of accommodation will be sponsored. If the agent need the property agent details, we can provide.

For valid passport, 12 months is doable but our employment contract will need to be shorten from 24 months to 12 months (not recommended) in case we really need them to onboard soonest, then we can just process EP with 12 months and renew 3 months before expiry.

Best to make sure the passport has at least 2 years above validity to avoid longer waiting time to deal with the EP process.

Pay: RM7,400.00 - RM8,900.00 per month
