**役割の概要**: 航空会社のカスタマーサービス担当者は、空港で旅行者が最初に出会うフレンドリーな存在です。あなたの使命は、スムーズな旅行体験を提供し、問題を解決し、旅行者に笑顔を残すことです。

**主な職務内容**:

- **チェックインと搭乗**:

- チケットカウンター、セルフチェックイン機、ゲートで旅行者に温かく挨拶します。
- 荷物のタグ付けや搭乗券の発行など、チェックイン手続きをサポートします。
- フライト情報やゲート案内、一般的な旅行の問い合わせに対応します。
- **旅行者へのサポート**:

- 車椅子を必要とする旅行者など、特別なニーズを持つ人々のサポートを担当します。
- 搭乗前の旅行者を案内し、スムーズな体験を提供します。
- **チケットと予約**:

- チケットの販売、予約の変更、追加のサービスの購入を処理します。
- 旅行者がフライトを予約し、搭乗手続きを行えるようサポートします。
- **顧客対応**:

- フライトスケジュール、遅延、キャンセルに関する問い合わせに丁寧かつプロフェッショナルに対応します。
- 顧客のクレームを効率的に処理し、チャレンジを卓越したサービスの機会に変えます。
- **協力**:

- ケータリング、貨物、ランプサービス、フライトオペレーションなど、さまざまな航空会社のサービスと連携します。
- 時間通りの出発と到着のためにシームレスな調整を行います。

**応募資格**:

- ネイティブ日本語話者で、日本語と英語の優れたコミュニケーションスキルを持っていること。
- 顧客第一のマインドセットで、プロフェッショナリズムと忍耐力を持って難しい状況に対処できること。
- 航空業界への情熱と旅行者の旅を思い出深いものにしたいという真摯な願望を持っていること。

**Role Overview**:
As an Airline Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face that passengers encounter at the airport. Your mission? To create seamless journeys, resolve issues, and leave travelers with a smile. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Check-In and Boarding**:

- Greet passengers warmly at the ticket counter, kiosk, and gate.
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including luggage tagging and boarding pass issuance.
- Provide flight information, gate assignments, and answer general travel inquiries.
- **Passenger Assistance**:

- Be the go-to person for passengers with special needs, such as those requiring wheelchairs or extra assistance.
- Guide pre-boarding passengers and ensure they have a smooth experience.
- **Ticketing and Reservations**:

- Handle ticket sales, changes to itineraries, and additional service purchases.
- Assist passengers with booking flights and checking in for their journeys.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Answer inquiries about flight schedules, delays, or cancellations in a polite and professional manner.
- Address customer complaints efficiently, turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional service.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with various airline services, including catering, cargo, ramp services, and flight operations.
- Ensure seamless coordination for on-time departures and arrivals.

**Qualifications**:

- Native Japanese speaker with excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Customer-first mindset and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience.
- Passion for aviation and a genuine desire to make passengers’ journeys memorable.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
