Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Airline Customer Support, specializing in Native Japanese Speaking.

As a leading player in the aviation industry, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service to our passengers.

If you have a passion for aviation and possess strong Japanese language skills, this could be the opportunity for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Japanese-speaking customers with their inquiries, complaints, and other related issues. Your primary focus will be providing excellent customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our valued passengers.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Offer personalized solutions to meet customers' individual needs
  • Handle booking changes, cancellations, and other reservationrelated matters
  • Provide guidance and support regarding airline policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions for future reference

Requirements:

  • Native Japanese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

- お客様からの電話、メール、チャットに対応し、問題を解決します。
- フライトの予約、変更、キャンセルを手配します。
- お客様にフライトスケジュール、料金、ポリシーに関する情報を提供します。
- お客様のフィードバックを収集し、サービス改善のための提案を行います。

必要なスキルと経験:
- 日本語を母国語とすること。
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキルと問題解決能力。
- カスタマーサービスやコールセンターでの経験があることが望ましい。
- 航空業界に関する知識があると尚可。

Pay:
RM5, RM9,000.00 per month
