責任
- 日本語を話す顧客からの電話やメールに対応します。
- フライトの予約、座席の割り当て、手荷物の取り扱い、旅程の変更など、包括的な旅行サポートを提供します。
- 顧客からの問い合わせを解決し、苦情を迅速かつ効果的に処理します。
- 顧客との強固な関係を築き、信頼とロイヤルティを育みます。
- 顧客からのリクエストを追跡し、タイムリーな解決と満足を確保します。
- 顧客とのやり取りや取引の記録を詳細に管理します。

資格
- ネイティブレベルの日本語と英語で、優れたコミュニケーションスキルを備えています。
- 対人関係構築スキルとコミュニケーションスキルに優れています。
