職務：
- **顧客対応**：ソーシャルメディアプラットフォームを通じて、タイムリーでフレンドリーかつプロフェッショナルな方法で顧客からの問い合わせに対応します。すべてのコミュニケーションが正確で、会社の声とブランドを反映していることを確認します。
- **言語能力**：日本語と英語の両方でサポートを提供します。言語間をシームレスに切り替える能力は必須です。
- **問題解決**：顧客の問題を特定し、トラブルシューティングし、解決します。解決できない問題は必要に応じてエスカレートします。
- **フィードバック収集**：顧客のフィードバックを収集し、製品とサービスの改善のために関連チームと共有します。
- **チーム協力**：他のチームメンバーと密接に連携し、一貫した高品質のサポートを確保します。

応募資格：
- プロフェッショナルなレベルの日本語と英語の能力。
- カスタマーサービスまたは同様の役割の経験。
- 優れた書面でのコミュニケーションスキル。
- ファストペースの環境で働く能力。
- ソーシャルメディアプラットフォームに精通していること。

Job Title: Social Media Chat Support Specialist (non Native Japanese + English Speakers)

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a Social Media Chat Support Specialist who is fluent in both Japanese and English to join our team in November. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and creating an outstanding experience for our users.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via social media platforms in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Ensure all communication is accurate and reflects the company’s voice and brand.

Language Proficiency: Provide support in both Japanese and English. The ability to switch between languages seamlessly is essential.

Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues. Escalate unresolved issues as necessary.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share it with the relevant teams to improve our products and services.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.

Qualifications:
Proffesional proficiency in Japanese and English.

Experience in customer service or a similar role.

Excellent written communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with social media platforms.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
