About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and customer-centric individual to join our growing Chat Support team.

In this role, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional support to users on a leading social media platform.

You will use your exceptional communication skills and deep understanding of the platform to resolve user inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a positive user experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries via chat, ensuring clear and concise communication in Japanese.
  • Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot user issues related to platform functionalities.
  • Navigate internal knowledge bases and resources to find solutions and provide accurate information.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further resolution.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor while adhering to strict quality and response time standards.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Native Japanese speaker with excellent fluency in written and spoken Japanese.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities (experience on the specific platform a plus).
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in using computers and common productivity software.

責任:

- チャット経由でユーザーからの問い合わせに迅速かつプロフェッショナルに対応し、日本語で明確かつ簡潔にコミュニケーションをとります。
- ユーザーの問題を効果的に診断し、トラブルシューティングを行い、社内リソースやナレッジベースを活用して正確な解決策を提供します。
- ユーザー中心のアプローチを徹底し、ユーザーの懸念事項に積極的に耳を傾け、ユーザーの満足度に責任を持ちます。
- 複雑な問題を適切な社内チームにエスカレーションし、ユーザーに状況を報告します。
- コミュニケーションガイドラインを遵守し、一貫したサービス品質を維持します。
- プラットフォームの機能と機能を最新の状態に維持し、ユーザーを効果的に支援します。
- ポジティブで協調性のあるチームワークに貢献します。

資格:

- 日本語ネイティブスピーカーで、優れた письменおよび口頭コミュニケーションスキルを有している方。
- カスタマーサービスまたは関連分野で最低1年間の経験がある方 (ソーシャルメディア経験者優遇)。
- 優れた問題解決スキルと分析スキル。
- 速いペースの環境で自立してタスクを優先順位付けできる能力。
- 優れた時間管理スキルと組織力。
- コンピュータの使用に熟練しており、さまざまなソフトウェアアプリケーションに快適に扱える方。
- ポジティブでプロフェッショナルな態度を持ち、卓越したカスタマーサービスを提供することにコミットしている方。

Job Types:

RM2, RM10,000.00 per month
