**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Execute, manage and follow up well the entire selling process; prospecting, understanding customer needs, sales presentation and demonstration for local and oversea market.

identifying and expand new customers base domestic and oversea market

Build rapport and increase value with existing customers.

update management on market trend and competitor's activities

Meeting sales target

Able to combine technical knowledge with sound selling skills

Having experience in B2B sales in construction and housing projects.

**Requirements**:
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin will be added advantage.

At least 2- 3 Year(s) of working experience in Flooring/housing Sales is required for this position.
