Sales/procurement Support Executive

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To manage and attend to the administration of the sales team's correspondences and appointments; data updating, preparing invoices, Purchase Order, Sales Order, Packing List, preparing tender, quotation, filing and etc;
- To liaise with supplier/vendors on quotations, legal documentation, and contracts;
- To attend to clients/customers’ inquiries, complaints, orders, and delivery with prompt efficiency;
- To carry out essential sales coordination and support;
- Responsible to handle registration/renewal/submission of MOF (EP) and local authority;
- Able to work with multiple parties (suppliers, customers, and operation) to complete the sales process;
- Follow up on outstanding orders/inquiries;
- Respond promptly to customer’s inquiries or concerns;
- To coordinate & work align with the operation team (accounts & logistics) on both goods purchase and delivery, ensure min hiccups to our sales team;
- Update shipment progress to the Managers/HOD;
- To handle and prepare shipping documentation and related shipment & operations;
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery;
- Shipment coordination with suppliers, vendors, third-party logistics, and customers;
- Assist in the marketing of the product and projects as well as produce a well-researched design for publication online and in print;
- Work closely with the sales/marketing to contribute to branding identity development, graphic & advertising design as well as refining the creative concepts for the company’s sales/marketing strategies and initiatives;
- Assist project & sales support team to prepare required reports and forecasts;
- Compile quotation, reports, and LO for project site;
- Notify project manager to raise a quotation for project proposal;
- Prepare LO, Invoice, Schedule, Debit Note, and claims submission;
- Updating received payment records;
- To monitor schedule and compile reports for preventive maintenance;
- Provides any necessary data or reports to the project/sales support team
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office; answering calls, scheduling meetings, attending visitors, filling, scanning, copying, binding, etc;
- To undertake special projects and ad-hoc duties as and when required

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Minimum 2 years experience and above
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Able to communicate and write BM and English;
- Proven experience in Sales / Procurement or relevant role;
- Computer Literacy - Ms. Office;
- Understanding of sales, procurement, and negotiating techniques;
- Fast learner and passion to learn;
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach;
- Attention to Details;
- Hardworking with a positive attitude;
- Knowledge in SQL added advantages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Procurement: 2 years (preferred)
- SQL: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
