HASB Group has its beginning when Hasmi & Associates was established in 1988 in Sarawak. Hasmi & Associates was a property consultancy and valuation practice Company, active in both East and West Malaysia. The Company was restructured in 1991 and was renamed Hasmi & Associates Sdn Bhd. In 1995, the Company embarked on an expansion programme and Hasmi & Associates (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd was registered to capitalize on the East Malaysian market. In 1999, a further restructuring took place resulting in a change of name to HASB Consultants Sdn Bhd and HASB Consultants (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd respectively. In 2013, HASB Consultants (Selangor) Sdn Bhd was set-up to cater for the expanding Klang Valley market with HASB Consultants (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd being made the main firm cum headquarters for the group in 2015. In view of the rapid developments and demand within Peninsular Malaysia, branch offices were at set up in Kajang and Georgetown, Penang in 2017 and 2018 respectively with a pure facilities and property management arm set up in 2019 named HASB Facilities Management Sdn Bhd. Led by professionals who are united by a commitment to the highest degree of professional standards, HASB Group is able to offer personalized services in Real Estate Valuation, Estate Agency, Property Management, Project Management and Business Valuation.
