**Responsibilities**:

- Work with hiring manager to confirm hiring needs and requirements.
- Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Review and manage effective recruitment strategies, identify effective sources of hiring talented people best fitted for the group of companies.
- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of recruitment process.
- Expatriate management encompassing work permit approvals, accommodation, and related services.
- Manage recruitment efforts and advising budget.
- Other additional tasks as and when assigned by Management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience and proven track record in effective hiring skills.
- Able to work under high pressure, fast moving environment and deliver within the tight timeline.
- Experience in the handled expatriate hiring process is an added advantage, but not essential.
- At least 2- 4 Year(s) of working experience in the recruitment agency or related field is required for this position.
- To have **great connection on Linkedin account,** to approach more talented jobseekers
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Willing to work in Subang Jaya Head Office.
