Location: Office is based in Jalan Tun Perak

Working hours: 8.45am - 5.45pm (Monday - Thursday), 8.45am - 4.45pm (Friday)

**Salary**: RM2200 - RM2500

Employment Status: 1 year contract (Renewable basis)

Requirement:
Minimum Degree in Marketing/Banking/Finance/Business Administration

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

**Responsibilities**:

- Good product knowledge and able to handle objection handling customer
- Assist in the implementation and fulfillment of Portfolio campaigns
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and reporting on monthly basis
- Able to perform basic data analysis, interpret and generate customer insights
- Support implementation of all Portfolio campaigns
- Assist in communication of marketing campaigns/promotions on the respective channels
- Able to work with respective internal and external departments to ensure smooth implementation of campaigns
- Assist in handling customer enquiries, feedback or issue related to portfolio
- Monitor and compile competitors marketing activities
- Assist in other task assigned from time to time

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
