Position**:Office Admin**
Working Location**:Johor Bahru**
Working days & hous**:Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm**
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain proper filing system of company documents.
- Ensure office / pantry supplies are fully stocked and replenish when necessary.
- Data input into system.
- Monitoring new staff joining date, staff probation period, staff contract end period.
- Assist in-house and external events, arrange for travel and accommodations when needed.
- Other ad-hoc tasks related to Hr & Admin function.
**Job Requirements**
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of admin working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good organization and communication skill.
- Able to complete tasks on time and in a quality manner without much oversight.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
