**Job Purpose**
- To involve in day to day operational activities and month end closing tasks assigned in accordance to company internal control guidelines.
- Facilitate data extraction, analysis and reporting by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating information.
- Ensure data consistency, completeness, accuracy and reasonableness at all times.
**A) Data Maintenance**
1) To ensure data accuracy between HIS and Financial system before perform integration.
2) To verify and process Stock Adjustment/Write off request.
**B) Master Data Maintenance**
1) Assist in maintenance of master data in Hospital Information System when required.
2) Ensure timely update and accuracy of master data at all time.
**C) Census Analysis and Reporting**
1) Prepare periodic census reporting and Financial related analysis.
2) Prepare analysis for developing and monitoring performance of packages as assign by immediate superior.
3) Assist in yearly budget preparation for census and revenue as required by management.
4) Perform ad-hoc analysis/reporting as assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
**D) Financial Planning and Action Plans**
1) Assist in yearly budget preparation as required by management.
**E) Process Improvement**
1) Involve in SOP review.
2) Involve in automation project to improve processes and productivity.
3) Enhance existing manual reporting through automatic or Business Intelligent tool.
4) Involve in system implementation.
5) Involve in on going housekeeping exercise of masters for consistency and readiness for system implementation/automation.
**F) Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.**

**Qualification & Requirement**
- Possess Degree in Accounting or any professional or finance equivalents
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Good presentation and writing skills
- Analytical minded, detailing, strategic thinker and highly organized.
- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to take new challenges and work in fast-paced environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
