**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist customers with financing options for vehicle purchases.
- Explain financing options and terms to customers.
- Work closely with banking partners to provide a range of different financing options to consumers.
- Work closely with sales staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of financing paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of financing transactions. Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Continuously improve finance skills through training and development opportunities.
- You shall do administrative and support work: data entry and maintaining records, photocopying, filling, etc.
- You shall perform all other duties that may be given to you by your supervisor from time to time.

**EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma or a degree in Business Administration or any other related disciplines.
- 1-2 years of relevant Sales experience in the Automotive industry is an advantage.
- Possesses basic analytical and credit assessment skills, strong eye for detail in managing documentation completeness.
- Proficient in Computer skills (for example MS Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook.
- Solid interpersonal relationship skills in building interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome as this is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates seeking to gain experience in office administration. Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in this role and advance your career within the organization.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
