Cheras, Malaysia Urban Ace Property Management Full time

Location : Cheras, Selangor (near AEON Taman Maluri)

**Responsibilities**
Responsible for the day to day operations by providing prompt and efficient administrative support for the Property Management department.
- Greet tenants, resident, visitors, contractors, workmen, etc. and provide directions and general assistance.
- Assist in compilation of monthly and quarterly reports and to ensure timely submission.
- Type/compose minutes of meetings, letters, memos and other documents as directed.
- Handle all inward and outward correspondences.
- Maintain accurate files and records that may be easily accessed by all.
- Receive telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate officers and provide available information, where required.
- Making requisition of management office stationery and maintain inventory.
- Provide other administrative support to the office when necessary.
- Photocopying, faxing, scanning and file administration as needed.
- To carry out other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- SPM and above
- Previous office experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and good judgement
- Excellent communication and listening abilities
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/assignments
- Punctual attendance
- Fresh graduates (SPM, STPM, Certificate, Diploma holders are encouraged to apply).
- No work experience required, as training will be provided.
