Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks, such as tracking expenses and processing invoices
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave
- Maintain confidential employee files and records
- Assist with calendar management for executives and other team members
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Provide support to various departments as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in office administration or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of medical office management procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with budgeting processes is an asset
- Experience with phone systems and front desk operations is desirable
