Operations Administrator

Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment.
- Answering phones and responding to client requests and enquiries.
- Managing and updating company databases.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
- Organising events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
- Attend all the walk-in visitors/ customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of front office all the time.
- To manage facilities and equipment requisition.
- Receive and record all the incoming mail and fax and distribute to relevant department
- To assist in general office administration
- To assist in Student recruitment
- To support and assist the education counsellors / marketing team
- Any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
