Office Administrator/ Executive

Responsibilities: -Coordinating and overseeing all office activities and operations -Ensuring adherence to relevant company procedures and policies -Supervising and dividing responsibilities among the administrative staff -Making travel arrangements for the senior managers -Handling phone calls and all related correspondence -Providing assistance with budgeting and bookkeeping activities -Keeping databases updated and secure -Filing important documents and invoices -Ordering and stocking office supplies and equipment -Welcoming and directing visitors -Coordinating meetings and appointments - Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time Requirements: - Min Diploma - Minimum 2-3 years related working experience. - Performance-driven and result-oriented. - Excellent communication skills especially in English. - Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team. - Willingness to travel. - Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude, and a good team player. - Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and abilities.
