**About the Role**
- **Ensure company compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.**:

- **Recommend best practice, reviews and modifies policies such as disciplinary policy, while ensuring compliances.**:

- **Plan, develop and evaluate employees KPI and appraisals with managers / team leaders. Well versed in creating KPI is a must to ensure team productivity.**:

- Manage recruitment by posting vacancies, developing recruitment plans.
- Address and investigate employee issues and work with management to ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed.
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations.
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining any letters pertaining to HR department.
- Responsible of the new hire orientation and onboarding. Ensure that all new hire documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist managers in getting the best out of their teams through communication and performance improvement plans.
- Support Employee Performance Evaluation (EPE).
- Keep a record of staff details; good performances, warning letters issued and unsatisfactory incidences and growth.
- Constantly ensure compliance to the Covid-19 SOP.
- To perform all other reasonable jobs that may be assigned by top management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum **5+** years’ experience in HR or related department
- Good communicator and speaks well in English.
- Excellent English writing skills which is required to draft policies, protocols, procedures, agreement and SOP for the company.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment and diplomacy.
- Computer literate, well versed in MS Office Word. Familiar with Mac computer is an added advantage.
- Highly proficient in typing.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
- Aggressive, highly organised, committed and hardworking.
- Strict yet have pleasant personalities with good attitude and positive mindset, approachable and able to interact with all levels of people.
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong individual and team working skills.
- Ability to work independently, reporting to top management.
- Resilient, adapt well in fast pace work culture.
- Converse proficiently in English.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
