You will work with teams within the company to coordinate marketing activities, manage promotional campaigns, analyze the market, and conduct competitor research to ensure a competitive position in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase brand recognition and sales.
- Manage marketing team and coordinate marketing activities within the company.
- Analyze market and industry trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns, including advertising, sales promotions, and marketing events.
- Research and analyze competitors in the industry to maintain competitive advantage.
- Manage marketing budgets and report performance to management.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, business partners, and the media.
- Monitor the impact and effectiveness of marketing activities and make adjustments if necessary.
- Skilled in Digital Marketing and the use of social media as the main marketing tool (Experience in Tiktok platform is highly valuable).

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Relevant experience in marketing management or related role.
- Able to plan creative and effective strategies.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English, oral and written.
- Proficient in using marketing performance tracking and analytics tools.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to adapt to market and technology changes.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
