The VP of Luxury Travel is a newly created role to provide personalized travel and non-travel experiences targeted towards the company’s affluent customers. He/she will lead the Luxe Concierge team to create delightful experiences across all touchpoints along the customer engagement funnel during the planning, travel, and post-travel process to ensure customers receive a combination of experiences and personal touches that are unmatched.

1) Responsible for providing outstanding customer service to enhance our customers’
experience by assisting them with personalizing travel plans and remaining contactable to handle any inquiries, arrangements, and emergencies during the travel journey from departure to arrival back home.
2) Develop strategies and implement effective plans to generate revenue growth for the company by targeting high-net worth and affluent customers with the company’s suite of business travel, leisure travel and MICE offerings.
3) Constantly identifying opportunities to grow and delight our customers through creating unique and “money can’t buy” experiences. Proactively advising customers on other value-added services during their travel with the intention of keeping them safe and happy.
4) Grow the company’s to become a best-in-class customer experience brand by building a service excellence Luxe Concierge team, with strict SLAs and SOPs in place and develop travel programmes that exceeds expectations.
5) Establish strategic partnerships and strong external relationships with key stakeholders that represents the company. Drive cross-functional projects with the Product Development, Marketing Communications, MICE and Operations team.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary education with Degree.
- 8-10 years of experience in hospitality industry or Luxury Travel segment and is
passionate about delivering great customer service.
- Proven track record in setting up luxe customer service standards and building a concierge team to effectively deliver excellent customer experiences (provide evidence of Net Promoter Scores or other KPIs of quantitative customer feedback, year-on-year).
- Wide network in the travel industry (airline, hotel, tours, events) and is great
at building relationships with travel partners, high profile stakeholders and affluent
travellers (individual and in groups).
- Operationally sound with executing customer experience travel programmes and quick at resolving any requests / issues on the go.
- Resourceful and a creative thinker when it comes to idea generation or problem solving. Agile in ways of working and project management. Able to work through physical & digital solutions.
- Flexible leadership capabilities to lead a diverse team of talents across functions and departments.
- Experience in building a high-performance team and instilling a culture of inclusivity,
openness, and mutual respect
- Pay attention to details, emphasize qualified information
