**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, manage, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair computer networks, workstations, support server system(s), supporting hardware/software, user accounts.
- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels and make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
- Ensure security of data, network access, local and cloud backup systems and Disaster Recovery.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Conduct daily checks on server, hardware and business systems and performing Monthly Server Maintenance
- Conduct site visit to all sales branches to audit and provide support to hardware, such as computer, handheld devices and printers.
- Coordinate and maintain CCTV with vendor.
- Conduct New Employee Orientation to brief on the IT Security Do and Don’t, System supports needs and other relevant onboarding IT information.
- Conduct training and campaign to educate users in proper use and security of all systems.
- Maintain Sales Force Automation (SFA) user account, SAP HANA B1 (Accounting) and Terminal server user account, Business Intelligent (Qlik) user account, File server access
- Coordinate with vendor on Mobile Computer (Handheld) and mobile printer maintenance.
- Monitor and liaise with vendor of renewal annual maintenance, all licenses such as Teamviewer, Antivirus, server Hardware renewal and etc.
- Monitor of equipment stock request and stock balance for Handheld and Mobile Printer.
- Knowledge in VPN connection between all branches with HQ
- Liaise with vendor/supplier for the related software/hardware issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory of all technological devices.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or in any other related field.
- Require minimum 3 years with relevant experience.
- Ability to use computer with experience using Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Good understanding of Windows Server, Hyper-V and etc.
- Experienced in drafting company IT policies.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Keen attention to detail, good organization, time management and prioritization.
- Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication skills. Well verse in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to all sales branches when required

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Balakong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
