We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Executive who can take care of all HR & Admin tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Full cycle of training process, such as map out annual training plans, design and develop training materials, evaluate training programs, etc.
- Monthly reporting on training related information, which includes the reporting of employee accreditation numbers.
- Handling and dealing with employee related issues such as disciplinary process, misconduct investigation & grievances process.
If you have at least 2 years of working experience in the HR or related field, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
