**BAT **DIGITAL BUSINESS SOLUTION **IS LOOKING FOR A**N EMPLOYEE SERVICES SPECIALIST - JAPANESE SPEAKER
**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Entry Level
**FUNCTION**: Human Resources
**SALARY RANGE**:Starting at RM 3,900 + excellent benefits + market leading bonus
**LOCATION**:Bandar Sunway, Selangor, Malaysia
**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
The role is responsible to implement Employee Services related service requests sent by the CoE or Business HR as well as answer complex Employee queries related to Employee Services matters. This role provides Employee services related expertise, ensuring that all administration processes are performed and aligned to BAT’s business strategy and resourcing needs. This role is also responsible to provide support on Employee Services related matters received via calls for Japanese speaker employees.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Employee Services resource aligned to Tier 1 & Tier 2 Employee service specialism accountable for ensuring that relevant processes are delivered effectively and always provides excellent Customer services, ensure all key tasks are achieved for Employee Services scope
- Expected to work on Tier 1 & Tier 2 Employee Services requests sent by the stakeholders and answer complex Employee queries related to Employee Services scope
- Provides Employee Services related expertise, ensuring that all administration processes are driven and aligned to BAT’s business strategy and resourcing needs
- Works closely with stakeholders to deliver HR strategy, processes, and ad hoc project support assigned by Line Manager and Operation Lead
- Uses HR procedures and mentorship available to manage the processing of data changes, entry, and workflow within technology solutions
- Assess own performance against service standards to ensure that support and services are provided in line with established SLAs & critical metrics
- Maintains data configuration, ensuring employee data sync between SuccessFactors and other HR systems
- Ensures the confidentiality of personnel records in close coordination with HR technology lead and ensures that the appropriate security is in place for accessing HR data
- Delivers the regular reconciliation of HR data
- Finds opportunities to improve specialist services and processes and calls out appropriately (i.e., Continuous Improvement Opportunities)
- Delivers data management services to meet established targets through continuous evaluation, quality assurance and focused improvement efforts
- Provide support on Employee Services related matters received via calls for Japanese speaker employees
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Minimum degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Attention to details and ability to produce accurate work
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Experiences with SuccessFactors is an added advantage
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and good analytical skills
- Strong customer service mind set with good communication and excellent problem-solving skills
- Possesses high degree of integrity, patient, and grace in servicing clients
- Resourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player
- At least 1.5 years of solid experience from the HR Shared Services industry/Employee Services
- Willing to support on Public Holidays on a rotation basis
- Well versed in Japanese language
