Store Admin Assistant

Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.)
- Manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing the company's service standard
- Be knowledgeable of product standards and assist when needed
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, etc
- Process shipment of online sales
- Assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store
- Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- Follow all company policy and procedures & notify management of any infractions
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
- Handle embroidery machine
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
