**職責:**
- 定義專案目標和目標。
- 與客戶就工作開始日期、部署、準備已完成的工作進行聯絡,並確保客戶認可已完成的工作。
- 建議並實施修改以提高有效性並實現專案里程碑。
- 組織、協調和監督指定項目的活動,以製定和實施程序、流程和系統。
- 確保與所有客戶採取適當的規劃措施,重新評估、重新談判和修改工作職責、建議、合約和預算的範圍。
- 促進研討會、路演、展覽和培訓。
- 準備諮詢簡報資料、報價、提案和協議。
- 與潛在和現有客戶建立、發展和維持牢固的關係。
- 與跨職能團隊協調,制定和管理整合行銷策略。
- 向管理層提供持續的客戶回饋或要求。
- 透過有效的知識移轉和正式的方式獲取,與團隊分享所獲得的知識。
- 願意在支援任何執行的能力範圍內承擔額外的任務。
- 承擔上級不時分配的任何其他職責。
**要求:**
- 擁有金融、會計、工商管理或相關領域的文憑/學位。
- 良好的英語、馬來語和華語書面和口頭溝通能力
- 良好的人際交往能力和愉快的性格。
- 能夠準備和解釋流程圖、時間表和分步行動計劃。
- 出色的組織能力,包括多任務處理和時間管理。
- 優秀的面對客戶和團隊合作的能力。
- 熟悉 MS Office,例如 World、Excel 和 Power Point。
- 使用專案管理工具的實務經驗。
