Bangsar South, Malaysia Lifework HR Services Sdn Bhd Full time

To provide support to Operations Training Manager to design, deliver and administer operation's training programs in accordance with operation's training and development plan
- Analyze the training needs of employees to develop training programs that enhances their know-how, skills and performance
- Stay updated with externally-provided programs and make recommendations when needed
- Compile and maintain an inventory of Operations training received by staff
- Conduct post training evaluation of all Operations training programs and take necessary action to rectify any deficiencies in the training methodology or content
- Draft user friendly training manuals for Operations related systems, both through using available material from out network and from training vendors or consultants

**Job Requirements**:

- At least a **Bachelor's Degree** in any relevant field, preferably HR management, Psychology, Business Administration
- 1-2 years' relevant experience, HR / employee training and development
- **Fresh graduates also welcomed**:

- Preferably experience in logistics / transportation industry or multinational companies
- Strong written English communication skills
- Attention to Details, Analyzing Statistical Information, bases decisions on facts and figure
- Generates new ideas, Innovative, enjoys being creative, thinks of original solutions
- Enjoy Interacting with People and must be able persuades others of the value of an approach or idea
