Purchaser (Contract Based)

Conducting product research, SIRIM, self-test result and sourcing new suppliers
- Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts, deals and credit terms
- Issue purchase orders, follow-up with suppliers for confirmation of orders, including order amendments
- Collaborate with Sales Team to establish agility and good inventory control
- Ensure data integrity by performing good data maintenance such as list of suppliers
- Performing inventory inspections and reorder supplies and stock as necessary
- Maintain detailed records concerning defective goods, return goods to vendors, and provide follow-up to obtain replacement or credit within 7 working days
- Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stocks
- Coordinating with the delivery team and following up in delays of orders that have been rescheduled
- To check supplier invoice, credit note and the attached with FCH purchase order and client invoice
- To prepare movement report on most sellable product (colour of that product), most buyable supplier and most complaint supplier
- Establishing professional relationship with clients as well as vendors and suppliers
- To ensure project site progress according to the master plan
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and subcontractors in pre, during and post projects
- Preparing analyses, contracts, budgets and other documents
- Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets
- Traveling from the office to various sites as required for site inspection, site visit and project meeting
- To keep maintained the company tools in good conditions
- Perform daily administrative works such as data entry, documentation processing and filing systematically.
- Perform other ad-hoc task assigned by superior
