Outlet Manager

**Summary**

To manage the Food & Beverage department as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in consistency with standards, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the food and beverage operation and administration. To assist the General Manager / Operation Manager (Zouk Group) as and when necessary assuming full responsibility for the smooth running of the Food & Beverage outlet.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for guiding all service and bar personnel assigned in the outlet for the performance of their duties and responsibilities.
- Responsible for directing all efforts in the outlet to achieve the financial goals of the outlet.
- Responsible for following up the implementation of the policies and procedures in operating the outlet.
- Responsible for checking the sufficiency of operating equipment and supplies for outlet.
- Responsible for maintaining the sanitation standards in the outlet.
- Responsible for providing functional assistance to the staff during peak periods.
- Responsible for scheduling sufficient manpower in the outlet to suit volume of business.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Catering or Hospitality Management with 4 years' experience in F&B area inclusive of 1 year experience as Assistant Outlet Manager OR
- Certificate in Catering or Hospitality Management with 6 years' experience in F&B area inclusive of 2-year experience as Assistant Outlet Manager OR
- SPM holder with 8 years' experience in F&B area inclusive of 2 years' experience as Assistant Outlet Manager
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills (both spoken and written)
- Possesses full knowledge of beverage and karaoke operation skills
- Ability to develop outlet’s business strategies and financial plan
- Strong leadership and organizing skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
