**Job Scope**:

- Proof Of Delivery (POD Chop Sign) and Transport Billing

Received & Completion of Daily DO Chop Sign update in system.

Check and ensure billing quantity and rate are correct.
- POD Discrepancies (Rejection)

Follow Up with Finance on CN and update CN number into Report: List of POD Discrepancy.

Update Invoice cancel into Report: List of Invoice Cancellation.
- Daily Operation - Circulate Report

Daily Load Plan to Sales Team.

Daily Upload to SAP.
- Daily Operation - Trade Return Collection

Trade Return Collection Report: Timely follow up to ensure Trade Return Collection completed until CN issued.
- Daily Documentation to Customer

DO, Invoice, PO & Return Note sorting and folding into envelope.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Logistic Management/ Business or related field equivalent combination of education and work experience in the logistic industry.
- Minimum of 3 years experiences in FMCG (Foods and Home Care).
- Excellent with SAP.
- Excellent with Excel.
