Job Responsibility:

- Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on a timely basis
- Maintain system with all the relevant changes such as transfer, promotion, adjustments, new joiners & resigned employees
- Responsible for monthly statutory submission to regulatory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN)
- Generate monthly payroll reports and other ad hoc reports as and when required
- Maintain and update employee personal files
- Identifying and assessing the training needs within the organization
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees
- To assist Head of Services on all related events and staff activities as and when required
- To assist and facilitate other HR administration duties
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
- Provide general administrative support to the department
- Report to superior for any documentation job task
- Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to confidentiality and data protection of the documents and information

Job Requirement:

- Computer literate and strong command of Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Excel
- Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
- Able to work independent
- Minimum 2 years experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,220.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
