Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and coordinating purchases when necessary.
- Maintain office systems, including filing systems, document management, and record keeping.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary resources.
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, including liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Support other departments and staff members with administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in office administration, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with staff, clients, and visitors.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing office systems and documentation.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations or challenges.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Knowledge of office management principles and best practices.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
