Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing their calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Draft and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Establish and maintain efficient filing and document management systems.
- Ensure proper documentation of important meetings, decisions, and actions.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports and presentations.
- Maintain and update contact lists and databases.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and conferences.
- Support other administrative staff as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English and Malay Language).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
